Project Engineer / Site Supervisor


Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate work of sub-contractors working on various phases of the project.
  • To oversee performance of all trade contractors & review architectural & engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications & regulations are being followed.
  • To attend all site meetings, technical meeting and coordination meetings during any time of the work progress.
  • Track & control construction schedule.
  • To timely record all site activities into Daily Site Diary.
  • To verify all subcontractor claims as per time frame set.
  • To co-ordinate and assist with final inspections; monitor completion of the contractor instruction.
  • To ensure inspection and testing activities in compliance with documented procedure.
  • To review projects at the end of the warranty period for non-compliance items.
  • To be responsible for material receiving and storage at site and forward back to HOD.
  • To ensure safety precautions taken all times at site.
  • To take care and maintenance at site as well as site cleanliness.
  • To ensure defects being follow up and recorded.
  • To prepare and submit master programme and site organization chart during tender and new project.
  • To monitor work progress and schedule of work to be pre planned ahead.
  • To ensure coordination between company department on each assigned projects from initial stage of the project.
  • To monitor subcontractor and supplier supplied item performance and forward the status with regards to this to purchasing / Contract Department.
  • To comply to company ISO and HSE policy.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent for Site Supervisors.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent for Project/Site Engineers.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction works.
  • Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.

Project Manager


Responsibilities:

  • To develop a cost-effective plan and detailed work schedules for completion of project following logical pattern for utilization of resources.
  • To be responsible for proper site administration of construction contracts and obtaining all necessary permits licenses.
  • To ensure good workmanship provided by contractors, check on any reported non-conformances and correction to all non-conformance.
  • To ensure material planning are planned in advance to achieve completion of projects within the stipulated time & budget allocated.
  • To attend all site meetings, technical meeting and coordination meetings during any time of the work progress.
  • To monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials and equipments comply with approved project plans, specifications and samples, owner standards and quality.
  • To illustrate and explaining to contractors relating to specifications, condition of contracts, drawings so that to ensure compliance with company quality policy and objective.
  • To prepare reports of project activities and other reports for analyzing site progress, adverse trends an appropriate recommendations and action on 1st & 3rd week of the month.
  • To review all Delivery Order as submitted by Project PIC and submit to Purchasing Personnel.
  • To plan/coordinate for all site arrangements on site facilities before start up.
  • To empower to issue memo/letter correspondent in relation to matter relates to whole site activities either to client / consultant / subcontractor.
  • To prepare documentation and implementation as per documented procedure.
  • To attend to meetings with the client / consultant.
  • To feedback on any variation regarding orders / requirements.
  • To obtain Customer Satisfaction Survey.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 year’s experience in construction works.
  • Ability to identity problems and analyze complex situation and solve any encountered problem.
